Now is the time to jump in the car and head to the Sacramento Mountains in New Mexico. Mother Nature is showing her artistic side. The leaves are changing and making the mountains even more beautiful. You do not want to miss the opportunity to witness the stunning transformation from the gorgeous green scenery to the mix of yellows, oranges, and reds. This is a time sensitive trip. Before you know it, the wintry weather will come, and the leaves will be gone. Also a pretty time of year, but not nearly as picturesque as the multicolored scene. Roll down your windows and take in the cool mountain air. Bring your camera to take pictures of this magnificent sight and possibly catch a glimpse of elk and deer.
