McCall’s Pumpkin Patch is one of my favorite traditions to do every year with my family. It is in Moriarty, New Mexico, about 45 minutes away from Albuquerque, New Mexico. McCall’s Pumpkin Patch gives families many things to do together, such as picking pumpkins, petting the animals and eating delicious food. According to McCall’s website McCall’s they first used to grow alfalfa and pumpkins that they would sell them to grocery stores but one day a teacher brought her class to the farm and from there they got the idea to start something bigger. At McCall’s Pumpkin Patch you can pet goats, sheep, bunnies and more. They have hayrides, a corn maze which is our favorite, as well as jumping pillows and slides. They also provide a variety of food which includes turkey legs, roasted corn, kettle corn and desserts. McCall’s gives people the opportunity to enjoy the start of fall.
