October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and for one game every season the football team and the volleyball team dedicate an entire game to pinking out the stadium.
On Oct. 30 the ENMU Football home game was designated as a pink out game. Everyone in the stands were encouraged to were pink and take part in bringing breast cancer awareness.
Zeta Tau Alpha, one of the campus sororities at ENMU, were handing out boo-grams to help raise money and donate the proceeds to the American Cancer Society. ZTA also sponsored the pink out game, and decorated the entire stadium with pink ribbons and banners to help spread the word for their philanthropy, which is breast cancer education and awareness.
Other organizations handed out candy and showed their support by wearing pink.
