Still, its capabilities have recently reached new heights, with many industries and businesses recognizing its potential to revolutionize their process and increase efficiency. AI is rapidly becoming an indispensable tool for many organizations, from healthcare to finance.
Many people think AI can only be seen in movies or books to serve some purpose in the story. Recently, an AI called “ChatGPT,” a response engine like google has been discussed. Where you would ask the AI a question, and then it will search the internet to find the most accurate response for that question. However, this engine does have limitations, such as ethical and criminal dilemmas, that someone may ask.
Having artificial intelligence helps people solve problems they are stuck on is something that not many people trust to do. As an example, we can take an ethics problem for this AI engine to develop a solution that often comes across as bold and usually not sugar-coated. Taking into consideration the previous statement, we asked this AI engine (Chatgpt) an ethical dilemma, which was; “what do you think about death row inmates and how they are treated?” in turn, the response was reasonably detailed; “The treatment of death row inmates is a complex ethical issue that has been the subject of much debate and controversy. Some people believe capital punishment is necessary to deter crime and provide justice for victims. In contrast, others argue that it is an inhumane punishment that violates human rights and does not effectively deter crime.ā
In theory, we could ask anything from an AI engine that has broad access to internet files as well as all of the knowledge of the world in various languages. Artificial intelligence came in and will make a radical change in our daily lives the more it learns and experiences questions from everyone who has access to this engine. This development does not mean that AI will take over the world like in “The Terminator” or “Avengers: Age of Ultron” movies or in any science fiction movies that involve technology taking over the world. However, it will make our lives easier and help us make tough decisions in which feelings and how people were raised get in the form of deciding to solve a problem.
