If you’ve ever been driving and spotted what looked to be dinosaurs in a parking lot with a big pink food truck behind them, you probably spotted I Heart Cookies. A traveling company out of Kansas, I Heart Cookies sells a variety of deep-dish cookies, as well as features their dinosaur animatronics.
“We travel all over,” an employee stated. “We’ve been to Alamogordo, Ruidoso.” On Saturday, the company set up shop in Dollar Tree parking lot across from Walmart in Clovis, NM. The Dollar Tree, Chili’s and Big 5 parking lots were full of families stopping to see the attraction.
Cookies are $5 for one or $25 for six. One cookie purchase per person grants access to feature dinosaur exhibits, which includes a massive T-Rex and a baby Triceratops.
