Eastern New Mexico Rising will host Family Pridefest 2025 on June 28 at Portales City Park. The free, family-friendly event will run from noon to 4 p.m., offering entertainment, food trucks, vendors, and community resources.
Organizers say the event aims to celebrate diversity and inclusivity, providing a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ and Two-Spirit individuals, their families, and allies. Attendees can explore a variety of vendors, health and wellness information booths, and activities for children. Live music and performances will also be featured throughout the afternoon.
Eastern New Mexico Rising, a nonpartisan, progressive organization, promotes bodily autonomy, diversity, and civil liberties through advocacy and education. The group encourages attendees to come as they are and enjoy an afternoon of community and connection.
