After a challenging 2024 season, the ENMU Greyhounds volleyball program is in the process of rebuilding for the 2025 campaign. Launching the season with a lineup that includes 14 new players and important returnees.
By incorporating new players, relying on returning leaders, and emphasizing both the technical and mental aspects of competition, the program is attempting to fortify its foundation both on and off the court. The Greyhounds’ tenacity and times of brilliance show promise for the future, even though their win-loss record may not yet fully reflect their abilities.
The Greyhounds announced their 29-game season schedule, which consists of 17 conference games in the Lone Star Conference and nine home games. Before entering conference play, the season began with four non-conference games at the WNMU Invite and the LCU Chap Classic.
The campaign has been challenging. The Greyhounds traveled to play Texas A&M International Dustdevils volleyball and Texas A&M-Kingsville Javelinas volleyball in their conference openers. Their overall right now is 4-17, and in conference is 1-7.
